Comments: I actually had a no-haggle price from the Drive Your Dream site, which is why I had such an easy experience "negotiating." They didn't give me any trouble with it; I showed them the price, they said ok. However, I wanted to express my pleasure with the way this dealership is run. The salesman at one point even tried to DOWNsell me to save me more money! The finance manager (D. West) explained every charge to me in detail and did not pressure me into buying options whatsoever. He presented them, asked if I wanted them, I said no, he said ok. He even gave me the tip to refinance after a year to a lower rate to save money, which I already knew, but thought was great of him. I should also note that they worked very hard to get me financed as a first time car buyer at a reasonable rate (as well they should... it gets them a sale). When it was all said and done, they told me it would be an hour wait for my car before it was processed because the shop was backed up... I told them I couldn't wait, so they immediately pushed it to the front of the line and had it ready for me in ten minutes. It was pretty much the exact opposite of what I was expecting and kind of threw me off! I highly recommend this dealership; apparently the salesmen don't work on commission, but I can't confirm this.

Comments: The $2000. difference between the MSRP and the negotiated price was a cash back offer by Subaru. We were shuttled from the manager to a salesman and to another as the afternoon turned to evening. The salesman spoke fast, loudly and constantly over any calculations so that it was impossible to determine what the numbers were or what they related to. He managed to include a $999.00 warranty in the price that I insisted early on, I could not avail myself of (we live 5 hours away. This is clearly a rip-off and to date have been given the run-around by both the dealership and Subaru USA.

Comments: Company jacked the price up with unknown extras and then tried to charge 29.9% interest Guaranteed financing with a $1000 to you if they couldn't. Well they claimed they couldn't finance it because I didn't make enough money and then when I gave them back their car they said oh we can finance you. I received many rude, demanding and threatening phone calls from this dealership in regards to my financing. They got there damn car back and will never get a dime from me!! Losers Don't even drive by the place!!!
